Introduction

We get hundreds of prawn heads a week after we’ve prepared the prawns for our prawn nigiri sushi and prawn tempura. It is a waste to throw away such delicious and nutritious food!

Method

Take your prawn heads and season them with salt & pepper. Coat in potato flour Deep fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. That’s it!
