Ingredients

2 heads of chicory
70g raw honey
30ml cider vinegar
50ml rapeseed oil
4 blood oranges
500g goat bacon rashers

Method

Cook the chicory in a hot pan for 1 minute until the edges are charred. Whisk together the honey, cider vinegar and rapeseed oil. Place the chicory in a bowl and pour over the dressing, then set aside for 2 minutes.

Assemble the crispy goat bacon and blood orange in between each layer.
